Generating over $200,000 to my hotels bottom line has been outstanding for the property…. And for me, so has the Safemark’s rewards program. As of late last year we installed the SafeCom system in our two Hilton Garden Inn properties located in New Orleans, LA. Since then we have been very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service provided by SafeMark.

During the installation of the safes and system in general, not only was everything completed as scheduled, but we did not experience any difficulties what so ever when interfacing the SafeCom system with our PMS. On the other hand, we are very pleased with the revenues generated as it clearly indicates that our guests value this service.

Although we initially thought that guests would deem the $3.00 daily usage charge too expensive, this has clearly not been the case as we have not received any complaints. Rick Brown, Director of the Rooms Operations for the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina. The hotel recently selected the Millennium 5.0 metallic safe for installation at the hotel because they are large enough to accommodate laptops, cameras and other essentials for the business traveler as well as the leisure guest. In commenting on the Marriott installation, Brown says guests appreciate and have responded positively to the system and its ease of operation. "I was very impressed with the quality of the products as well as the level of service offered by the Safemark organization.
