ORLANDO
(January 26, 2005)--The San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina recently
installed 1,362 in-room Safemark System safes to provide maximum
security for the valuables of its guests.
Safemark Systems, headquartered in Orlando, is a leading supplier
of in-room safes to top hotel chains and hospitality providers worldwide.
The company offers a wide variety of safes in various configurations
that are designed to meet the needs of travelers and businesses.
The
Millennium 5.0 safe was selected for installation at the hotel because
they are large enough to accommodate laptops, cameras and other
essentials for the business traveler as well as the leisure guest.
In
commenting on the Marriott installation, Rick Brown, Director of
the Rooms Operations for the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina,
says that guests appreciate and have responded positively to the
system and its ease of operation.
"I
was very impressed with the quality of the product s well as the
level of service offered by the Safemark organization. With close
to 1400 rooms, I was a little nervous with the installation logistics
but their expert installation crew handled it without a wrinkle
and addressed all of my questions. Based upon the success that we
have seen with this product, I highly recommend Safemark Systems.
John
Foley, Vice President of Safemark Systems, says that the company
offers a wide variety of safes in various configurations designed
to meet the increasing security needs of today’s guests.
“Depending
on their size and shape, the various models are designed to safely
store popular guest items from digital cameras to lap tops to purses,”
he explains. “The safes come with a variety of locking systems,
including mechanical key access, digital access/motorized locking,
personal code entry and card swipe options.”
