Since its inception in 1983, Safemark Systems has become a leading provider of in-room safes to the hospitality market. Over the past 24 years we have installed nearly 600,000 guest room safes in a variety of properties, ranging from the 1300-room San Diego Marriott to the 60-room San Antonio Best Value Inn.

Safemark operates an extensive sales and distribution network, and is the only North American-based company that focuses exclusively on the safe business in the lodging sector.

Safemark has built a strong financial foundation by pioneering the “SCF” system; the Security Cash Flow program provides safes free of charge in each guest room. A nominal daily charge is passed on to the guest for the safe with a $10,000 limited warranty. Safemark’s success in the business can be directly attributed to co-development of proper guest notification with major chains such as Choice, Wyndham (formerly Cendant) and Best Western. Today we have over 180,000 units installed under various lease programs.
