Jennifer’s expertise in business management, sales and industrial marketing has firmly established Safemark’s international presence in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Since joining the company in 2008, Jennifer has worked closely with Safemark’s management team to leverage US domestic approvals for a truly global presence.

Born and educated in Australia, Jennifer holds an MBA with a specialisation in International Business from the University of Southern Queensland. She is also currently serving as the President of the Australian Association of Hong Kong, the city she has called home for almost a decade. From a background in the printing and packaging industries, Jennifer relocated to Asia in 2002 to expand her experience and knowledge of the region.

Jenny Pike graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Hospitality Management and has five years of experience in Food & Beverage as well as three years in Housekeeping. She has been providing guest room safe solutions with professionalism and expertise since February 2006.

Jenny lives in Chicago. In her spare time, she loves running, eating excellent food, yoga, and relaxing with a crossword puzzle. She is an animal lover and volunteer for PAWS, a no kill-animal shelter. She also loves the adventure of traveling, college football, and all things Italian. She is dedicated to your satisfaction of not only our in room safes but the customer service that you will receive throughout our partnership.

Lorraine Wallis has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Albertus Magnus University, New Haven, Connecticut. She has experience in the retail industry as a wholesale distributor, retail clothing manager, and business owner. She has extensive experience in the guest room safe and security industry, including seven years promoting in-room safes and managing sales territories across the country. She served as the national sales manager of the after-market sales division of a national hospitality security company. For Safemark, she serves as the Regional Director of Sales. Her commitment to quality products and service ensures clients the best the security and hospitality industry has to offer.

Lorraine enjoys yoga, meditation, hiking, the beach, art museums, spending time with her loved ones, meeting new people, discovering new places, and learning about different cultures… experiencing life and all that it has to offer.

Mr. Chavez lives in Mexico City with his beautiful wife Josefina and their son Giovanni. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family. He also loves the outdoors. Besides Latin America and Mexico, he has traveled extensively in North America, Asia, and Europe, and is Proficient in three languages.
