Training
Safemark provides many options for training:
For our contracted Security Cash Flow customers, Safemark provides complimentary web based training and online training to help maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
For our direct or project sales customers, we offer three training options:
½ Day of training prior to installation – this training is presented by one of our certified trainers and is designed to give your engineering, security and housekeeping teams all the necessary information on how to utilize our system to provide the best possible guest experience. In addition, your management team is trained on how to administer the system with special focus on our comprehensive audit trail.
½ day training in conjunction with a contracted installation by Safemark installers – description is the same as above.
WebEx on-line training – Online session with your engineering, security and supervisor personnel.
Please check with your Safemark safe expert which option will be the best fit for your needs.
Installation
Installations are performed by certified, full-time Safemark employees, each with significant years of experience. Our typical electronic safe installation includes a technician who works side by side with your hotel’s security/engineering staff for guest room access.
