Check-In
Procedures
Which includes up-front disclosure to the guests of a $1.50
OPTIONAL safe fee (with limited warranty) which is automatically
posted to their folio. This disclosure will be delivered three
ways:

Front Desk Sign (provided by Safemark)
- Verbal Disclosure
- Folio/Reg Card Stamp (provided by Safemark)
The
guest has the option to decline the safe-with-limited-warranty
fee upon check-out. |

Check-Out
Procedures
Which includes response and instruction should the guest decline
the safe-with-limited-warranty fee upon check-out. The front desk
associate will simply adjust the fee off of the folio, while reinforcing
that the property is happy to know that each one of their guests
can enjoy the security benefits of guestroom safes. (Scripted cue
cards and online support are provided for front desk associates.)
