I was appointed the position as Chief Engineer couple of weeks ago and upon my first day of employment I was faced with few room safe’s issues which required some support from your team lucky enough Mr. Ortez responded with extreme care and even that the problem required some hardware that wasn’t available to me that evening he was following up with Emails and calls next day. And when I called Mr. Ortez, he E-mailed me the software needed and walked me through the setup and during process, It is rare to find this kind of good work these days.
